Established in 1960, the United Dairymen of Arizona stands as a member-owned dairy cooperative. Our cooperative proudly represents dairy farmers who contribute to about 90% of the milk production in Arizona, totaling over 4 billion pounds (1.76 billion liters) annually. The milk from our dedicated members serves various local purposes, including fluid drinking milk, ice cream, infant formula, cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, and yogurts.
To optimize our resources, any surplus milk is transformed into valuable products such as milk powders, lactose, butter, condensed skim milk, and fresh cream
