MP State Cooperative Dairy Federation Ltd (MPCDF) serves as the apex body within the three-tier dairy cooperative structure in the State of Madhya Pradesh, playing a pivotal role in organized dairy development. The first tier consists of Village level Dairy Cooperative Societies (DCSs), followed by the second tier represented by Central Societies, i.e., Cooperative Milk Unions. The third tier is the Apex Society, which is MPCDF. This three-tier structure has become the cornerstone for nearly all dairy development activities in the state. Notably, Indore Sahakari Dugdh Sangh Maryadit is an integral part of this cooperative framework, contributing to the overall success and impact of the dairy development initiatives in Madhya Pradesh.
