EURIAL, the milk branch of AGRIAL, plays a pivotal role in collecting milk from approximately 4,500 French producers dispersed across diverse regions, including Lower Normandy, Pays de la Loire, Brittany, Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou-Charentes, Center-Loire Valley, and Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. AGRIAL Cooperative, to which EURIAL belongs, stands out for its unwavering support to breeders, aiding them in optimizing farm operations and realizing their development aspirations. A team of nearly 100 advisors is actively engaged in visiting members on a daily basis.
The cooperative boasts an impressive participation rate, with over 97% of its farms aligning with industry-accepted practices. Specifically, for cow's milk, adherence to the Code of Good Breeding Practices is paramount, while goat farming follows the Mutual Code of Good Practices in Goat Farming. Members of EURIAL are firmly committed to principles of transparency, traceability, and security. This commitment is manifested in meticulous practices such as animal identification, herd health monitoring, strategic feeding, reproductive management, ensuring animal welfare, and environmental considerations. In essence, no facet of the dairy production process is left to chance.
